Hi! I’m Shelby Q.
I was first introduced to the enchanting world of fairy hair by my family in Florida several years ago. When I got back to Atlanta, I quickly realized there was little to no fairy hair presence in the city—and that’s when I decided to bring a little sparkle to the ATL.
Before Fairy-Do, I spent 13 years working in film and television. But as the industry slowed down in Atlanta, I found myself ready for a change. I wanted to do something that was not only fun, but also brought joy to others. And that’s how Fairy-Do came to life!
Now, I’m fortunate to spread glee and sprinkle some sparkle, whether it’s in flowing locks, short tresses, shimmering beards, or even fluffy puppy tails. The magic of fairy hair always brings a smile, and that’s the best part of what I do!

Meet Matt
A Georgia native, former firefighter, and now a full-time Safety Manager/part-time fairy with glitter in his veins and sparkle in his soul.
What began as a magical mission to keep his enchanting wife, Fairy Shelby Q, sparkling turned into a passion for spreading joy and shimmer. With experience, heart, and a touch of mischief, Matt now joins forces with Shelby Q at larger events—because sometimes, one fairy just isn’t enough to handle all the magic.
